The Urine Sample HPV Virus Staining Kit provides a non-invasive, rapid, portable and simple screening experience, helping users to check whether they are at risk of HPV infection or cervical cancer through staining testing.

HPV virus infection causes cell lesions to produce metabolites of free styryls, which enter the urine along with epithelial cells and exfoliated cells. These free styryls can react with colorless 5,5'-dithiobis(2-nitrobenzoic acid) (DTNB) and convert the latter into yellow 5-mercapto-2-nitrobenzoic acid. The Urine Sample HPV Virus Staining Kit uses the above principle to detect whether the user is at risk of HPV virus infection from the urine sample.

The following people are recommended to use Urine Sample HPV Virus Staining Kit for regular testing:

1. Family history of infection: If there is a family history of HPV infection or cervical cancer, regular testing is recommended.

2. People who have been infected with the HPV virus and need to track their HPV infection status regularly.

3. Partner infection: If your partner has been infected with HPV or has a history of contact, testing is recommended.

4. Self-assessment: People who have symptoms of HPV infection (such as abnormal discharge or lower body discomfort).

5. Before and after HPV vaccination: Get tested before and after HPV vaccination to understand the risk of infection.

6. Frequent sharing of items: People who frequently use public facilities or shared items are recommended to be tested regularly to prevent infection.
