Refund Policy
1. iCare Membership
(1) You are free to cancel your membership, but iCare membership does not accept refunds without reason. After canceling your membership, you will no longer be able to enjoy membership benefits.
(2) If you need to apply for a refund due to special circumstances, please contact us by email ( icare-hpv@auiset.com) or WhatsApp (62334313) and we will assess the specific circumstances.
2. Product Returns/Refunds
(1) To apply for a refund, please contact our customer service team via email ( icare-hpv@auiset.com) or WhatsApp (62334313) and provide the following information:

Relevant evidence (e.g. photos of the product in question)
Please provide photos of the product in question as evidence when requesting a refund. Once AUISET Biotechnology Co. Ltd. agrees to handle the situation, the customer must send the product back to our company for verification.
(2) Once AUISET Biotechnology Co. Ltd. verifies and confirms that there is a problem with our product, we will arrange for a courier to deliver a replacement product to you free of charge.
(3) Upon confirming that our product is defective and eligible for a refund, we will process the refund using your original payment method
(4) If the ordered product is sold out, we will arrange a refund back to you.
(5) Products will not be returned or refunded under the following circumstances:
a. There is no proof of the products being purchased on this website.
b. The relevant product cannot be sent back for verification.
c. The product packaging is incomplete, damaged, or visibly damaged.
d. Products are rejected due to personal preference.
e. In the event of any dispute, AUISET Biotechnology Co. Ltd. shall have the final decision.
3. Testing services
(1) Service orders are non refundable without reason. If you need to modify your reservation, please contact the relevant testing agency to arrange a modification time.
